Nowadays, most of them change the habits because they feel so well and it calms down their brain.
ReplyDeleteSometimes it sounds good but it is difficult for people to change their habits; they have many problems and they are thinking about them all the time.

DeleteA coule of weeks ago I tried to sleep when I come home at noon. It was really difficult changing my habits but I noticed that with only half an hour sometimes can make me more happy and definately more relaxed.
