This photo is perhaps taken in Brazil because the signs are in Portugese, and while this pic is recently taken I would say that the tents are there because of the floods that occured a few days ago. Although I noticed that somebody is happy from all that. This little girl in the middle is jumping around.

DeleteI can see a little girl into an old building. There are many tents and i m thinking that poor people stay there.
